We are so confident in the parts we sell that we offer a lifetime guarantee on screen repairs, cameras, charging ports, LCDs, OLEDs, and almost any other repair service.

It’s Rare, But…
We have fixed over 300,000 devices since Jet City’s inception in 2008, and currently fix thousands of devices every year. Our vendors, both those overseas and domestic, have been vetted over years and chosen because they provide high-quality parts at a reasonable price.
Even so, at the volume of repairs we do, sometimes something goes wrong. When that happens, we’ll fix your device again at no charge.

No fee for a new part. No labor cost. No diagnostic charge.
And It’s Simple
Simply contact us if something goes wrong. Call, email, or text. We’ll do a quick review to ensure there is no new damage, and once verified, we fix it again.
The Fine Print
One of our core company values is: Honesty & transparency through great communication. So, here are the clear exceptions:
If you crack the screen again or drop it in water, we cannot redo the repair for free.
The warranty covers only the repair we performed. (e.g., A charging port repair does not cover a camera failure later).
Due to physics, Lithium-Ion batteries degrade. We warranty them for 1 year, which is the industry standard for a perfect part.
If a phone was water-damaged, unrelated issues often arise later. We cannot guarantee these repairs long-term.
