We're typically 20% to 50% less than Apple on most repairs. An iPhone 15 Pro screen repair is $249.99 with us versus $329 at Apple. An iPad Pro screen assembly starts at $199.99 versus $499+ at Apple. We also offer free diagnostics on every device. Apple charges a diagnostic fee on out-of-warranty devices if you don't proceed with the repair. Parts costs can shift over time, so check with us for the most current quote on your specific device.
No, we're an independent repair shop. That's actually an advantage for you. It means we set our own prices (lower than Apple's), we're not limited to Apple's repair policies, and we can fix devices that Apple considers too old or too damaged to service. Right-to-repair laws protect your right to have your device serviced by an independent provider.
We use original Apple batteries for iPhone 12 and newer, and original parts for MacBook repairs when applicable. For screens and other components, we use premium-quality parts that match original specifications for color accuracy, brightness, and touch responsiveness. Every part we install is backed by our lifetime warranty on functionality.
No. We repair your actual device, so your data stays intact. This is a major difference from Apple's service. Apple sometimes replaces the entire device (especially with iPads), which wipes your data completely. We always recommend backing up before any repair as a precaution, but data loss from standard repairs is extremely rare.
iPhone repairs are typically done in 30 minutes while you wait. iPad repairs take 24 to 48 hours (urgent same-day available). MacBook screen replacements take 1 to 1.5 hours with an appointment, and battery replacements a few hours. Apple Watch repairs take 1 to 2 hours. Walk-ins are always welcome for all device types.
Most repairs come with a lifetime warranty on functionality (batteries carry a 1-year warranty). The lifetime warranty means if the part we installed fails, we'll fix it for free. The only exclusion is new damage like drops or spills after the repair. For comparison, Apple's out-of-warranty repair warranty is 90 days. We also have a no-fix, no-fee guarantee: if we can't fix your device, you don't pay.
If you have active AppleCare+ coverage, the $29 screen repair deductible is hard to beat. We'd recommend using it. But if your AppleCare+ has expired, if you never purchased it, or if Apple is quoting you full out-of-warranty pricing, that's where we save you real money. Many customers come to us after getting a quote from Apple and realizing how much less we charge. We're also significantly faster for most repairs.
