iPad Repairs Done Right — Not Just "Good Enough"

From hairline cracks to completely shattered glass.

iPads are trickier to repair than most people realize. The glass is fused, the adhesive is unforgiving, and one wrong move can damage the LCD underneath. That's why so many repair shops either won't touch them or do a mediocre job. We've been repairing iPads since the original model launched — every generation, every size, from the iPad Mini to the 12.9" iPad Pro.

We handle cracked glass, broken LCDs, battery replacements, charging port issues, and home button repairs across all iPad models. Most iPad repairs take 1–2 days depending on the model and what's broken, but if you're in a bind and call ahead, we can often turn it around same-day at our Seattle or Bellevue location.

Most iPad repairs include a lifetime warranty on parts and labor (batteries carry a one-year warranty), plus free diagnostics. If we crack open your iPad and find something unexpected, we'll call you before doing anything — no surprises on the bill. Drop it off at either of our shops in Seattle or Bellevue, or ship it to us from anywhere.

iPad Repair FAQ
It depends on the model and screen type. Standard iPads with non-laminated displays (glass-only repair) start at $99.99. iPad Pro models with laminated displays that require a full screen assembly replacement start at $199.99 and go up to $399.99 or more for larger or newer Pro models. For comparison, Apple charges $249 to $699 for iPad repairs out of warranty, and in many cases they don't repair the screen at all. They replace the entire device instead. Pricing can shift as parts costs change, so give us a call for the most current quote on your specific model.
In most cases, no. Apple typically replaces the entire iPad rather than fixing the screen. That means you pay near-replacement prices and lose all your data unless you've backed up. We do actual screen repairs on your device, so your photos, apps, settings, and everything else stay put. It's faster, cheaper, and you keep your stuff.
Standard turnaround is 24 to 48 hours for most iPad repairs. If you need it faster, we offer urgent same-day service. Screen repairs can be done in 1 to 2 hours with an appointment if you let us know ahead of time. We'll contact you as soon as your iPad is ready for pickup.
On iPad models with non-laminated displays (like the iPad 5 through iPad 11 and iPad Mini 4/5), yes. The glass and the LCD are separate components, so we can replace just the cracked glass at a lower cost. On iPad Pro, iPad Air 3+, and iPad Mini 6, the glass and display are fused together (laminated), so the entire assembly needs to be replaced. We'll always diagnose which type you have for free.
Yes. iPad battery replacements start at $129.99 for standard models and $169.99 for Pro models, with a 1-year warranty on the new battery. Apple often won't replace iPad batteries at all, or they'll charge you for a full device replacement. We do the actual battery swap and get your iPad back to you, usually within 24 to 48 hours.
In most cases, yes. An iPad 7 from 2019 with a cracked screen still runs current apps perfectly well. A $99 screen repair is a fraction of the $329+ it costs to buy a new base iPad, and you keep all your data and settings. The only time we'd steer you away from repairing is if there's heavy water damage or multiple expensive issues stacking up.
We repair iPad 5 and newer, iPad Air 2 and newer, iPad Mini 4 and newer, and every iPad Pro model ever made (9.7-inch through the current 13-inch M-series). That covers virtually every iPad still in active use. If you're not sure which iPad you have, bring it in and we'll identify it for free.
Walk-ins are always welcome for drop-offs. Since iPad repairs typically take 24 to 48 hours, most people drop off and pick up later. If you want same-day urgent service, scheduling ahead helps us prioritize your device. Diagnostics are always free and we'll give you a full quote before starting any work.
