It depends on the model. Screen repair starts at $169.99 for older Galaxy S models and goes up to $349.99 for the S25 Ultra. Samsung officially charges $209 to $279+ for S-series screen repairs, and their pricing doesn't always include labor. We include everything in one price, and every screen repair comes with a lifetime warranty on functionality. Parts costs can shift over time, so check our price sheet or give us a call for the most current quote on your model.
On most Samsung phones, the price is actually the same whether it's a glass-only crack or full OLED damage. This is different from iPhones, where the two repairs are priced differently. With Samsung, the OLED panel and glass are tightly integrated, so we replace the full assembly regardless. If you see black spots, colored lines, or flickering, that confirms OLED damage, but even a glass-only crack gets the same quality original Samsung screen replacement. We'll diagnose the damage for free either way.
Most Samsung phone repairs take about 30 minutes with an appointment, including screen replacements, battery replacements, and charging port repairs. Walk-ins are welcome and we'll get to your device as quickly as possible, but an appointment guarantees the fastest turnaround. You can wait in the shop while we work.

Even though Samsung phones carry an IP68 water resistance rating, water damage still happens, especially as the phone ages and the seals wear down. We start with a $99 dryout process. If that resolves the issue, that's the total cost. If not, we waive the dryout fee and do a free diagnostic to determine what components need replacement. No surprises.
Yes. We use original Samsung screens for our Galaxy repairs. This means you get the same display quality, color accuracy, and brightness as the screen that came with your phone. Every screen repair also comes with a lifetime warranty on functionality (batteries carry a 1-year warranty), so if anything goes wrong with the part we installed, we fix it for free.
Usually, yes. A Galaxy S21 with a cracked screen is still a capable phone. A screen repair is far less than the $800+ it costs for a new flagship, and you keep all your data, apps, and settings. We repair Galaxy S8 and newer, plus Note 8 through Note 20 Ultra. The only time we'd recommend against repair is if there are multiple expensive issues or heavy water damage.
