After completing your order you will be given instructions on how to package up your phone and where to send it.
When we receive your phone, we'll send you an email letting you know it arrived safely. Most phones are fixed and shipped back out within 24 hours of receipt. We'll send you another email letting you know when that happens. You will also get a third email with your return shipping tracking number so you will know where your phone is at all times.
Our checkout process uses an SSL certificate provided by GoDaddy.com. By using this certificate we are able to encrypt your entire checkout process. This insures your online transaction is safe and secure.
